On August 14, 2019, Professor Diao Jiandong, President of SFTC and Zang Yaogang, Second-level Inspector from the Department of Commerce and Head of the Shandong Provincial Service Team to Rizhao City for High Quality Development of Private Enterprises, inspects Rizhao Cross-border E-commerce Industrial Park (CEIP Rizhao). They were accompanied by Mr. Zhou Quan, Vice Party Secretary of the Commerce Bureau of Rizhao, Mr. Wang Lixia, Deputy Director of Donggang District, Mr. Li Zhaoyu, Director-General of the Commerce Bureau of the Donggang District, Mr. Yuan Haitao from the Human Resource and Social Security Department of Shandong Province, Ms. Qin Cuiying, Head of SFTC’s Life-long Education Office, and Mr. Liu Xiaofei, Deputy Director of SFTC’s Economic Management Department.

Zhongsheng Group, operating company of CEIP Rizhao, reported the construction progress as well as the difficulties and challenges in the operation of the park. President Diao said the success of a Cross-border Industrial Park needs an Eco-circle including a cluster of related enterprises as well as a sufficient supply of operating talents, and SFTC would provide tailor-made trainings for Rizhao’s local enterprises and introduce the successful operation modes of Qingdao Incubation base of Cross-border E-commerce to CEIP Rizhao. After airing his consent to Professor Diao, Mr. Zang required CEIP Rizhao to select and incubate some potential operating enterprises and local produces, and suggested the introduction of several powerful operating cross-border E-commerce platforms for a better promotion of local products and produces.
