Northwood University Delegation Visited SFTC

President and CEO of Northwood University Keith Pretty, Dean of International Programmes Mamiko Reeves, and General Manager of New Horizon Sino-US Education and Culture Promotion Association Ji Lingxu visited the College on September 17.

Party Secretary Wang Rongchang, Vice Principal Zhou Houcai, Head of Foreign Affairs Office Cui Wei and Deputy Head Wang Yingxi met the delegation. In-depth discussions were held on “2+1+1” cooperation model and an agreement of cooperation was signed by both sides. Ideas on majors for cooperation, courses introduction, teaching staff exchange and training as well as scholarships for students were exchanged and consensus reached.

The delegation then went on a tour of the College, visiting the practical training building, the library and etc. They took a particular interest in engaging with students who’ve just been initiated into societies of college and spoke highly of the students’ command of English.  

Established in 1959, Northwood University is a private university offering business-related majors in the United States with campuses in Midland, Michigan, Cedar Hill, Texas and West Palm Beach, Florida.
