On July 10, President Diao Jiandong accompanied Shi Guangliang, Deputy Director General of the Department of Commerce of Shandong Province to pay a call to Wang Shengwen and Liu Junfeng, Director and Deputy Director of the China-Aid Office, Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM). During the meeting, President Diao stressed that after the Shandong China-aid Training Center was merged into SFTC, great efforts were made by SFTC to support the China-aid training programs. He also introduced the future training plans of the Shandong Training Center and hoped to obtain further work guidance from MOFCOM.

In the afternoon, President Diao visited the Academy for International Business Officials and met with Mr. Zou Chuanming, Vice President of the Academy. During the visit, Mr. Diao reported on how SFTC had supported the China-aid training programs in Shandong and then had campus tour in the Academy.
