On October 12th, 2019 SFTC signed a "Bank-College Strategic Cooperation Agreement" with Qingdao Rural Commercial Bank (QRCB). President Diao Jiandong, Yu Gang, President of the Jiushui Road Branch of QRCB, and relevant staff from both sides attended the signing ceremony.

QRCB promises to invest in internet infrastructure of SFTC, which shall effectively strengthen the close cooperative relationship between the College and the Bank, and will further enhance the quality of SFTC’s talent cultivation.

In recent years, QRCB has been providing strong and all-round support to SFTC. In the future, the college will further increase its efforts in fund-raising to better facilitate its development.
