On the afternoon of December 6, the “Special Training Program on the Integration of Internet and Industrial Innovation for Haibei Autonomous Prefecture of Qinghai Province” started in the Huangdao Base of Shandong Foreign Trade Vocational College (SFTC). Professor Zhou Houcai, Vice President of SFTC, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech, and the ceremony was hosted by Ms. Wang Huimin, Director of Extended Education Division.

The Program was jointly sponsored by the Organization Department of Haibei Autonomous Prefecture and SFTC. The training courses were tailored in line with to the requirements of the Organization Department of Haibei Autonomous Prefecture and the actual needs of the participants, focusing on the spirit of the 19th Communist Party of China National Congress and General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speech series, policy interpretation on Internet and information industry, integration and development of traditional agriculture and animal husbandry and internet, E-commerce operation management, Internet application innovation, and big data development and application, etc. The trainees would also visit Pingdu Yunshan Town and Pingdu E-Commerce Public Service Center, one of the first batch of E-Commerce Towns in Shandong Province.

This training program is another important task undertaken by SFTC to support Haibei Autonomous Prefecture of Qinghai Province. It aims to deepen the participants' understanding of the development and frontier trends of the Internet industry, to improve their professional competence in the field of Internet+ and information technology, and to promote the development of E-Commerce industry in Haibei Autonomous Prefecture.
