On January 22nd, the Information Department and Qingdao Jupin Electronic Commerce Co., Ltd. (Jupin E-commerce) signed a cooperative agreement to launch an E-Business Incubation Center on SFTC’s Shinan campus. Mr. Zhou Houcai, Vice President of SFTC and Mr. Yi Ming, Vice President of Jupin E-commerce signed the agreement on behalf of the two parties, and unveiled the nameplate of the E-Business Incubation Center. The two parties will carry out intensive cooperation with the center as an anchor to cultivate much-needed talents in E-business in Qingdao through actual business projects and authentic E-commerce working environment.

The E-Business Incubation Center will be an E-business training base and its working team will be made up of by the E-commerce teaching staff from the Information Department of SFTC and the elite working team from Jupin E-commerce. SFTC students will be incubated in the center by participating in the authentic business projects so as to get tactic E-Commerce working experience, and they can be potential clerks for Jupin E-Commerce. The first patch of incubated students is 50-strong from the programs of Electronic Business, Animation and International Trade. The students are subdivided into 9 working teams in the Center with their own job descriptions and working IDs, so as to nurture their professional ethics and working skills through authentic working projects.

Also present at the ceremony were Mr. Lv Liangchong, Director of Jupin E-commerce, Mr. Sun Maofeng, Party Secretary of the Information Management Department of SFTC, Mr. Liu Xiaofei, deputy director of the Information Management Department, the related SFTC teaching staff and all the students incubated in the E-Business Incubation Center.
