Chaired by SFTC, Shandong International Business Vocational Education Group (SIBEG) was officially established on April 10, 2016. The establishment of the Education Group will provide intellectual support for the economic and social development of Shandong Province.

13 colleges have joined in the Group, including the Software College of Qingdao University, the College of Economics of Yantai University, and the College of Management of Qufu Normal University, 5 vocational colleges and 4 secondary vocational schools. 71 enterprises such as Hiking Group and Kangda Group, and several research institutions and industry associations like Shandong Business Development Academy, have also become formal members of the Group.

As an exploratory project collaborating enterprises, industry associations and the vocational colleges, the establishment of SIBEG will pool resources from colleges and enterprises to improve education quality and to enhance talent supply for the economic development of Shandong province.
