On December 12, 2015, SFTC held the first campus recruitment for its 2016 graduates. Over 620 enterprises, including 184 enterprises established by the SFTC alumni, offered more than 10,000 job vacancies for the 2580 2016 graduates.

The recruitment was featured for a broad participation of enterprises, a high demand for graduates and a wide range of job vacancies. To attract better graduates, the enterprises offered various remuneration and benefits packages, such as full social security guarantee plus accommodation allowance, annual sabbatical leave, free food and accommodation, annual free sightseeing tours, etc.

About two-thirds of the enterprises attending the recruitment had previously employed SFTC graduates, whose down-to-earth and industrious working style had won the employers’ hearts. The campus recruitment was the biggest of its kind in scale in Qingdao.
