In the morning of Oct. 18 2016, a 7-strong Canadian Quebec Vocational Education Delegation, headed by  Sylvie Theriault, President of the Association of Quebec Vocational Education and Francois Dansereau, Counsellor from the International Relations Division of the Canadian International Affairs Department. Vice President Zhou Houcai received the Canadian guests.

Mr. Zhou briefed the guests on SFTC and President Sylvie Theriault gave a detailed illustration of the vocational education system of Quebec and its cooperation with universities in Shandong Province. Cooperation Memorandums were signed respectively between SFTC and the Association of Quebec Vocational Education, Champlain College, Vanier College, Marie-Victorin College at the meeting. The participants agreed to further strengthen bilateral cooperation for greater mutual benefits on the basis of understanding.
