On September 1st, the opening ceremony of the SFTC School of Applied Technologies was held at Qingdao Vocational School for Foreign Affairs Service. Mr. Li Min, Chief Inspector from Qingdao Municipal Bureau of Education, Mr. Lin Lingjia, Party Secretary of SFTC, Mr. Zhou Houcai, Vice President of SFTC, and Mr. Chu Weidong, President of Qingdao Vocational School for Foreign Affairs Service, attended the ceremony.

Guided by the "Framework Cooperation Agreement for the Five-Year Higher Vocational Education and Training Project" signed between SFTC and Qingdao Municipal Bureau of Education in May,2018, SFTC signed a "Strategic Cooperation Agreement" with Qingdao Vocational School for Foreign Affairs Service. The two parties agreed to jointly open an SFTC affiliated School of Applied Technologies at Qingdao Vocational School for Foreign Affairs Service, as to better promote a five-year pathway between intermediate and tertiary vocational education in Qingdao.
