SFTC students won titles in the 17th ‘Yamaguchi Bank Cup’ Japanese Speaking Contest

On 24th of June, the finals of the 17th ‘Yamaguchi Bank Cup’ Japanese Speaking Contest was held in the Expo Plaza Hotel Qingdao. 20 finalists from 8 universities and 2 vocational colleges joined the contest. After fierce competitions in the prepared speeches and the Q &A part, Li Zexuan, a SFTC student majors in Business Japanese program, won the second place in the Contest.

The ‘Yamaguchi Bank Cup’ Japanese Speaking Contest, first held in 1992, is co-hosted by Qingdao People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries and the Yamaguchi Bank, for friendship promotion between China and Japan. The organizers are Qingdao Center for International Cooperation and the Qingdao Branch of Yamaguchi Bank.
