Recently, the Business Foreign Languages Department (BFLD) held a seminar on academic mentoring. Participants included BFLD leaders, instructors, mentors and students.

On the seminar, students discussed their gains and expressed the expectations to their mentors. The mentors shared their experience when conducting academic guidance to the students.

Academic mentoring started and was experimented with the students from Business English 2, Grade 2016. The experiment had made significant progress in enhancing students' overall quality, study motivation and better communication with teachers. BFLD would study on the good mentoring experience and carry on the experimental project.
