A seminar on the operation and management of new media in Shandong colleges and universities was held in Jinan by Shandong Internet Media Group on January 26, 2018. SFTC was voted as one of the 2017 "Most Reputed Colleges in Shandong”. The title was awarded to 67 universities and colleges in Shandong province. The selection of most reputed colleges were made in accordance with the positive likings posted by voters on newspapers, magazines, TV programs, websites, Wechat and Weibo and other new media in the province. The listing of the "Most Reputed Colleges" was a weighing of college administration information releasing, image building and the management of online news for all the universities and colleges in Shandong.
