Guests from UWS visited SFTC in the morning of Dec. 11, 2017. The UWS delegation included Professor Heather Tarbert, Vice Dean of UWS Business and Enterprise School, Professor Margaret Allan, TESOL Head of the School of Education and Mr. Chen Jun, Coordinator of East-Asian countries from UWS International Center. Prof. Zhou Houcai, Vice President of SFTC, Ms. Cui Wei, Director of the Office of International Programs and some department heads received the UK guests.

Prof. Zhou warmly welcomed the guests from UWS and hoped this second visit would deepen the mutual understanding and bring more cooperation. Professor Heather gave detailed information on UWS TESOL teaching. The SFTC department heads from the International Trade, the Economic Management and the International Transportation and Logistics held communication with the guests on teaching staff building, program and curricula design. Discussions on teaching and student exchanges, staff enhancement, joint master degree programs, etc. Professor Heather expressed his wish to enhance teacher and student exchanges between SFTC and UWS.

After the talk, the guests inspected the Civil Aviation Training Centre.
