On July 24, the 2018 seminar on FTA Policy Interpretation (2nd session), was held in Huanghai Hotel. The seminar was sponsored by the Bureau of Commerce of Qingdao and was organized by SFTC.
The lecturers are from Qingdao Customs Administration. They interpreted on the new requirements on the application and processing of Certificate of Origin after China combines the Customs and Quarantine Inspection services, and amendments made by the Second Amendment to the Asia-Pacific Trade Agreement and the China-Maldives FTA Agreement. The trainees are some 200-strong, and they are mainly local international importers and exporters, and those from local business chambers.
