SFTC and the People's Government of Lixia District, Ji’nan signed a  Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement in the morning of March 7, 2018. President Diao Jiaodong and Mr. Wang Haiqing, senior member of the CPC Lixia District Standing Committee, member of the CPC Lixia Government Committee, and Head of the Propaganda Department of Lixia District Government signed the cooperation documents representing SFTC and the Lixia District Government.

Mr. Wang introduced the economic development status and the preferential policies Lixia has employed to promote international economic cooperation and trade. He expressed his wishes that SFTC provide academic support for Lixia's cross-border E-commerce planning, industrial park designing, business model updating for traditional international trading companies, and cultivate more talent supporting the District's economic development. President Diao briefed the guests on SFTC's recent development and he promised the College shall go all out assisting the economic development of Lixia District as wished by Mr. Wang.

Mr. Li Mingjun, Deputy Director of Jinan Municipal Bureau of Commerce,  representatives from the General Office of Lixia Government, Lixia Bureau of Business, the District Legal Office, and the teaching staff of SFTC Information and Computer Science Department attended the signing ceremony.
