As the last stop of the Sino-British Education Tours in Shandong province, delegates from University of Derby and University of the West of Scotland visited SFTC. Prof. Zhou Houcai, Vice President of SFTC, Ms. Cui Wei, Director of International Programs and some department heads received the UK guests.

Prof. Zhou briefed the UK guests on SFTC's history, recent development, programs and international cooperation. The guests introduced their universities, especially the programs they offered for international students and the international cooperation with Chinese universities and colleges. The UK guests and SFTC had detailed discussions on offering PhD Programs for SFTC teaching staff, and postgraduate programs for SFTC students.

51 universities and colleges in Shandong Province and 9 UK universities attended the Sino-British Education Tours. As the only representative of vocational colleges in Shandong province, SFTC presented it to the UK universities, and held face-to-face talks with them.
